3-Day Closed Forms & Altered Shapes (Ages 12-17)
Unleash your imagination and challenge your artistic vision! On Days 1 & 2 of this workshop, artists will be provided wheel-thrown pieces as the starting point of their creative journey with clay. On Day 3, artists will glaze their pieces for firing.
The options and opportunities abound, ranging from functional bowls and mugs to decorative and fun luminaries, birdhouses, and sculptural creations. Participants will be taught the skills and strategies of altering, manipulating, attaching, and carving clay to create 3-4 works of art. No experience with clay is necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: All supplies and materials will be provided. Artists will be using carving tools under close supervision. Please wear old clothing, and bring a towel and/or apron if you want.

REFUND POLICY
Camp Cancellation Policy - 25% of camp tuition is non-refundable. There is no refund if the camper cancels enrollment within 14 days of the start of camp. Campers are not allowed to transfer or change camps within 7 days of the start of camp. Refund or credit cannot be issued for absences.
