All students or parents of minor students must sign The Art Center's release and waiver to participate in classes and workshops.
The Art Center does not provide refunds for classes or workshops unless the class or workshop is canceled by The Art Center. To request a withdrawal from a purchased class or workshop, students must contact The Art Center a minimum of 7 days prior to the first day of class. Students who request a withdrawal will receive a refund of 90% of tuition paid for the class. Students who withdraw fewer than 7 days before the first day of class are not eligible for a refund and will receive a class credit. Class credit will be issued for canceled classes, to be used toward classes at a later date.
The Art Center is unable to provide any refunds or class credit for classes missed
The Art Center reserves the right to change class instructors when necessary.
The Art Center reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment is not met.
Memberships are non-refundable.
The Art Center is a non-profit organization. We value all of our members and students and we are always willing to try to help you find a class or workshop that best suits your schedule.
