Policies

COVID-19 Policy: Masks are required at all times while in The Art Center. We appreciate your cooperation.

All students or parents/guardians of minor students must sign The Art Center's Release and Waiver in order to participate in classes, workshops, and camps.

The Art Center does not provide cash refunds for classes, workshops, or camps unless the class, workshop, or camp is cancelled by The Art Center.

To request a withdrawal from a purchased class or workshop, students must contact The Art Center a minimum of 7 days before the first day of class. Students who request a withdrawal will receive a refund of 90% of the tuition paid for the class. Students who withdraw fewer than 7 days before the first day of class are not eligible for a refund and will receive a class credit. 

Camp Cancellation Policy - 25% of camp tuition is non-refundable. There is no refund if the camper cancels within 14 days of the start of camp. Campers are not allowed to transfer or change camps within 7 days of the start of camp.

The Art Center is unable to provide class credit, make-up opportunities, or refunds, or prorate classes for students who miss class due to illness or personal scheduling conflicts.

The Art Center is a non-profit organization. We value all of our members and students and we are always willing to try to help you find a class that best suits you and your schedule.

Memberships are non-refundable.

Donations are non-refundable.
